Named for the national forest it sits adjacent to and the owner, "A Wayne Studio" is a place for exploring wood-fired ceramics role in the fine arts and day-to-day functional ware. With a quick-fire wood kiln and a primitive cabin for glazing, the studio is next to hundreds of acres of Wayne National Forest in Ohio. This website serves to showcase some works created at the studio and to introduce the venue to those who are interested in taking part in a firing or would just like to have a look around.
